    Broken switch for tool holder

I dropped the switch used to engage the tool holder clamping mechanism. I was about to look up the number on the web but as I tried to wipe it off to get a better look... ALL the numbers wiped away...
Any ideas for a replacement? Or better yet what is the manufacturer and part number of the original?

I am trying to find a replacement for the switch on a Tree 325 that locks/unlocks the tool in the spindle. It has a Normally Open module and a Normally closed module - for lack of a better name It is two position.

Here is a picture of the item I need. There is one set of Normally open contacts and one set of Normally closed. There should be some springs that align to the posts shown in the second picture, where the grey and white parts should be spread apart by the springs. It mounts on a panel.
