dwell cycle problem on tree vmc 750

i am unsuccessfully trying to get my machine to undergo a dwell cycle with a drill (code G82), but the preset dwell time is 1.5 seconds, is there anyway to change the time the machine dwells? i think this is a machine problem and not a mastercam post problem

i guess no one's ever tried to do this for longer than 1.5 seconds? (default)
