need schematics for tree millinium 3100

Need schematics for tree millinium 3100. Does anybody have information and schematics for msi servo boards used in tree millinium 3100 cnc. Any and all information would be appreciated. The controller is anliam 1400. Servo boards are a/w 5001 Rev A. The specs on the servo motors also. Electrical machine schematics and service manuals.
