Tree VMC 1060

We have a Tree VMC1060 and keep having feed problems (we feed from a laptop). We are using communicate to feed it. The problem is that it stops every once and a while. Sometimes it will run fine and sometimes not. We have tried new cables and multipe computers. Has anyone had any similar problems?

Sounds familar I tried mold making on my tree VMC 1050 and had a lot of problems.
Not a machine issue but a controller issue. Mine was a Yasnac MX3. Found the problem after a lot of calls and playing. It is generaly a parameter setting in the communication settings but you will ned the books to find it. What type of controler you have and what type of DNC softwater you using?
What are your communication settings and wiring configuration?

If its not broken you are not going fast enough

What program are you using? Make sure your communication handshake is setup right. In most cases you can throttle down the computers output speed aswell. Is this a Dynapath control too?
