journeyman 350 alarm help please!!dynapath delta autocon

Hi we recently purchased a tree 350 we just wired it up. The control gives a "19 axis drives not powered" alarm and the coil on the top of the
control panel is getting very hot I believe this coil is associated with the spindle ?? Anybody know where to start or any suggestions??LOST!!
