    Coolant Pump Overload Alarm

I just received 25 Coolant Pump Alarm on the Tree Journeyman 250. Would anyone know as to why this alarm suddenly appeared?

    Thank you.

Sorry, I am not an electrician, but I believe the pump is 220. I only see three wires in the electrical panel coming in from the pump. Yellow, black, and brown. Any other suggestions?

    Thank you.

Obviously there is a device in the pump circuit that relays an alarm to the controller if it is tripped?
Normally it is a breaker, O/L, or temp sensor in the motor, with 3 conductors it does not sound like the latter.
The pump can still be 3ph if it is 220.
You need the electrical schematics for the machine to effectively trouble shoot.

Ok, I checked the electrical panel on the machine again, then pushed a red switch in that must have reset the alarm. We are still having trouble with the pump (coolant is not coming out). I will take the pump off the machine tomorrow.

    Thank you for your assistance.
