Hi. We recently bought a J300, but there are some repairs to be made. The screen doesnt seem to be working and when it does shows a memory failure message. a technitian told us that we had to make a retrofit or something like that but he couldnt explain to me well what did he mean. Could anyone explain to me what is it all about? As you can see Im new at this. Also, I really could use any info that you have about this machine, because the company bought it but it didnt came with any manual.  |
