Tree 1050 VMC programming

what would be the correct RS232 settings on my computer to get the program into the machine?

This works on the Tree 1050 I run. The control is Yasnac MX3.
The machine end cable jumpers pin 4-5 and pin 6-8-20.

BAUD-4800
DATA BITS-7
PARITY-EVEN
STOP BITS-1
ASCII/ISO
HANDSHAKE-XON XOFF
ENABLE DTR
ENABLE RTS
