At first I was offended (haha) at Scott's nickname for me of "Crazy Hair". Then I remembered that most of the attendees either wore military buzz cuts or were "folically challenged". So I guess anything over a 1/4" is crazy hair. In Mexico I'm known as Senor Whiskers and in Senor Frogs of Nassau I am always greeted/exited with "Santa has entered/left the building". So I guess my full head of white hair is my trademark.
On a serious note - I am honored to be speaking at this years convention. Scott and I have been cross-pollenating my programming expertise with his CNC/Mach3 expertise and making large strides in bringing plug-in development to a new level. I've spent a lot time, and still have more to go, to allow for plug-in development using Visual Studio 2008 (and probably VS2005) in addition to its native development under VS2003. You can follow more closely my progress on the Mach 3 forum. I am sure that by the time of the convention we will have many great things to show you.
I'm also working on some new ModBus devices and am targeting a new plug-in based ModBus interface with, hopefully, more features and robustness.
So see you at the Lake (Lake City that is) in February.
As they say around here "Y'all Come"
