The "New England Wireless and Steam Museum"(http://users.ids.net/~newsm/) will be having it's annual "Yankee Steam Up" on Saturday October 1, 2005. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children under 12. All proceeds go to the upkeep of this wonderful and completely volunteer museum. Come see the worlds only functional (under steam that is) Corliss Engine as well as many other timepieces that never cease to amaze. It is indeed humbling to see the workmanship and technical accomplishments from well over 100 years ago!! The museum is located in East Greenwich, RI.
