    Spending $$$$$$$$$$

You didn't say what you already have.??????
I have a 4th, and the lathe so.......
After running mine for over a year now my wish list is:
    1. A lot more ER tool holders and a complete collet set for them.
    2. Another tapping head
    3. More drill chucks, the small ones
    4. Actually anything Tormach makes I don't have would be worth getting for sure.

Note ( I try to leave all my tools setup in their tool holders so when I program I know what tool numbers are what and then I can just load the program and go after only touching off my Z on the part top.)
I'd also get a power draw bar when it's available, this is a sweet addition.
RAD. Yes those are my initials.
Idea, design, build, use. It never ends.

    5 grand what to do?

I'm going to build the enclosure the way compunerdy did. I'll use the rest to add Tormach's Tool carousel when availible. I will also make sure to save enough for the Spindle drive upgrade and some more Maritool ER-16 collet holders.

I have the Draw bar setup like Tormach, The 8" 4th axis, and the touch probes.

If anything is left I'll use what I can to finish my 12X36" Lathe CNC conversion and take my wife to dinner at a Texas Roadhouse somewhere.

Yep, I forgot to tell what I already have. Well, I have a lot of equipment...
    -Tormach pcnc 1100 mill
    -Tormach 8" 4th axis
    -Tormach probe
    -Tormach vise
-Tormach Duality lathe with full of tooling
    -More than 35 tts holders
    -spindle drive upgrade
    -Tormach 3 jaw chuck

-I think the power draw bar would be a very good option and much more with the automatic tool changer. But we still don't have any idea of the price.

-The Tormach speeder, but I'm not convinced, maybe a NSK 40k rpm air spindle.

-TOPS optical divice (still no price).

    -Duality 4th axis kit.

-5C Collet Adapter, but I think I saw the same on littlemachineshop.com at half the price.

    "hookers and blow.

    oops, wrong forum."

    HAHAHA

I'd say the 4th axis is a plus, wish I had the money to get one with my purchase. I also want the PDB and the ATC when available.

I'd also throw in some tooling, maybe some more end mills, chamfer, face tool, etc..

    This place is awesome http://www.harveytool.com/

thank you David, I did'nt found it on the site. It'll probably be on my list.

Harvey tool, yes, it's a very nice place when you need special tools. I really like thoses tools. But for standard endmills, they're a little expensives.

Now I need to know when I could get the power draw bar...
