Have you went through the tutorials on the Tormach website?
Also download the User manual and go to Staples and get it printed off.
Be patient, it's take abit but it's worth it.

Dave's fee-based tutorials on that UK site I mentioned are a little more detailed and cover more topics. I expect that Tormach will pull up even pretty soon, but if you don't want to wait for that to happen Dave's site offers short-term access to tutorials (either a week or a month) that are not too expensive.

Alternately you could ask the Tormach guy to create a tutorial that addresses whatever problem you are currently having.
