Am I the only one with Tormach problems?

Hello,

I measured the distance between the edges of the holes with a dial caliper. The original holes measured between 1.660 and 1.675. The holes, on the replacement, varied between 1.650 and 1.730. Bear in mind, I just checked quickly and did not use any gauge pins or anything.

The replacement, that is coming, has been checked to make sure the holes are correct.

I'm glad to hear it. I hope that the problem was with the replacement cartridge, and not your original. I'm wondering if maybe your original spindle was the one with the bad holes, and the factory match drilled the holes on your head casting to match.

Did you and the Tormach folks do anything to verify which spindle had the incorrect hole pattern?

Hopefully my fears are unfounded.
