The product that I make in my home shop uses of lot a square tubing of different sizes and gauges. Deburring all that tube by hand has been a real pain -- especially deburring the inside edge of the tubes. I just finished a fun
project to automate all of that on the Tormach. Using an auxiliary spindle on
the X axis is probably pretty unusual. I made a very solid mount for it. Here
is a short YouTube showing the thing in operation:
