A Right-angle Auxiliary Spindle for Deburring Long Tubes

The product that I make in my home shop uses of lot a square tubing of different sizes and gauges. Deburring all that tube by hand has been a real pain -- especially deburring the inside edge of the tubes. I just finished a fun
project to automate all of that on the Tormach. Using an auxiliary spindle on
the X axis is probably pretty unusual. I made a very solid mount for it. Here
is a short YouTube showing the thing in operation:

I included a summary of my cutting parameters at the YouTube site.

    Pretty cool!
I like the way you incorporated that round work pc. stop in the fixture
That will definitely save on dynafile belts and carpal tunnel syndrome. :-)

That was a pretty impressive trick. Took me a few seconds to figure out its purpose.
