metric jog step size

How can we set the jog step size to metric in mach3?

I've modified my m990.m1s macros to load mach3 in metric by default but the step size in mach3 are still .0005, .001, .002, .005, .01, .02

So when I step jog at .02, the machine move .00079 inch
