ER collets are standard, if you have an ER-20 collet chuck, any ER-20 collet will work. The Maritool collets are probably the best choice among those you have listed.

Just got an email from Enco on collects and have been looking into to buying a set. Are the Tormach collets a special size or are they all the same ?
Has anyone tried these ?

The ER 20 collet has a standard of dimensions, but not all are created equal in quality. I buy mine from Maritool because real good quality for the money. I also own 4 Maritool straight shank tool holders that I have installed TTS Tool Conversion Kit (30675)on and they are precise and a deal for the money. The only thing about the tool holder is it is about 3/4 of an inch longer than the ones you get from Tormach. I hope this helps..

Yes not all are created equal. I have some cheap china ones off ebay that have tremendous run out ( .006 , yes .006 ! ).
You do get what you pay for with precision instruments in most cases.
