I'd just like to take a moment and comment on the customer service I have received at Tormach. I purchased one of their mills and a deluxe stands last November for the University of North Dakota and though we've had a few minor issues with it, Tormach has been more than willing help us in anyway that they have been able. I believe that it was Greg himself that I talked to on the phone afterhours one evening for close to an hour while he patiently explained how to fix a minor electrical problem we had encountered. I have a lab full of machine tools that come from a host of different companies and I cannot say the same about all the other companies I have had to deal with. The mill I received in November is generally very well finished and is, I believe, the best value out there in the price range.
