trouble with my pcnc

hello, im alejandro from guatemala, my pcnc is serial 1139, and i have a bit of trouble, virus attacked my pc and had to reinstall everything, im using mastercam 9 to do the parts, and when i create the nc code and open it on mach 3 it reads the program through 500 lines, then it just stays in the same coordinates until the las line, i tried using nc codes i allready machined and did the same thing, tried uninstalling and reinstalling but without success, i re installed mach and mastercam, i dont know what more can i do, i sent a mail to support but didnt get any answer

your need to place a copy of the tormach mach3 license in the folder with all the tormach files (.exe)
