Is there a way to change the settings in the ports and pins on the PCNC1100? I want to set the probe signal so that when the probe circuit is made the probe light is out and when the probe makes contact the circuit breaks and lights the probe light. Not sure if that is active high or low, just know it needs to be changed. On my router using mach3, I can change ports and pin settings, but not sure how to do it on the Tormach. Any help is appreaciated, Barry |

| Whatever you do, don't try to use your probe while in "Machine Coordinates". You will break your probe on the tool setter page. When I told Matt at Tormach about this, he told me there was no fix. I broke mine on this issue. |

| Thanks for the info seanreit. I contacted Tormach. They said there was no xml file. I had to sign a waiver releasing Tormach from any liability if I change the config files. They are sending me a backdoor key or something to get in to the config file. Waiting on that. I am confortable with changing the file if I can get to it. I bought the machine used so there is no warranty and wouldn't try to hold them responsible for my mistakes anyway. Barry |

Since you signed the waiver and are "going in" this will also enable you to set up backlash compensation, I talked with Greg and he said the waiver was needed for backlash.
