He does exactly what you want.

Hi Guys,
I really need to get coolant on my gang tooling as well as keep it in Turret. I know lot of you are using both Turret and gang tooling so I am wondering how did you address this.
Any hints, help is appreciated.

Watched that before I posted, too complicated, too much work... And in later of his videos I did not see that contraption actually still working :-)

Maybe you could do it mechanicaly by installing a switch on the X axis that open and close solenoid valve depending on the position of the X axis.
That switch could me moved in the negative or positive position.

I'm hoping not to go and reinvent the wheel because that usually takes 5 times longer that you initially think it will take and I have no time to waste. I was looking to follow in somebodies footsteps and hopefully purchase everything of the shelf. I hate fabricating stuff for my machines.

Add another coolant pump with relay controlled by some M code.

I just machined a simple manifold out of aluminum square to supply coolant to my 3 gang tool positions. Coolant is fed through a ball valve to the manifold and each of the 3 outlets has it's own manual valve so that coolant can be directed to each gang tool.. I also have a manual ball valve on the turret coolant feed line. It's not ideal for unattended production, but works fine for the short run jobs that are my normal routine.
So here is where I am scratching my head and keep in mind I hate plumbing. So the hose that goes from pump to Turret right now has on one end female 1/2" NPS-14 thread it seems. I could not find any T's to buy to split it. I see you have T in your setup. So I'm looking for parts on how did you configure this. I see Tormach sells 6 port manifold with 3/8 NPT inlets and 1/4 NPT outlets which would do the trick for me but I still need all fittings for splitting and to get it to the manifold.

Dennis,
Most, if not all of it came from McMaster-Carr but I don't have a parts list. I used standard CPVC or PVC NPT fittings and have had no problems with leaks so far. The flexible coolant hose might have come from the hardware store or possibly Amazon. The aluminum manifold wasn't a big deal to make, aside from hand tapping the NPT holes.
You could just buy this manifold from Tormach...

Also, here's all your fittings.
