Default NEED HELP pcnc 440 table not moving

So, I did some work on the pcnc440 today. After finishing up I hit the estop and turn off the pc but not the power to the machine. I noticed I didn't finish something and turn back on the pc, I release the estop and hit the green buttton. Next I tried to home the machine and nothing happens. The DRO is showing that table is moving but it just sits still. I tried to power on and off and couple of times and get the same results. The machine isn't on any limit switches. I checked the back of the cabinet and everything looks fine to my knowledge but there is a red H and O flashing red. The machine was working totally fine till I turned it off and back on again. The table was moving fine and not making any noises prior to this. Anyone know whats going on? thanks in advance.
