Ray - in hsmadvisor do u use the 100% feed and speed setting - or do You dial it down a bit? I tend to do around 70% feedrate

Both Speed and Feed sliders are at 100%. As I said, when I have a problem, I've generally been able to track it down to a problem with the tool or the setup. At times I've even beem able to exceed the recommendation, though I suspect it may be to some extent at the cost of tool life.
