Convert Punched tape contain Machine Parameters

Hi there
What I want to share is about:
Gildemeister CTX500 Parameters, which was dead controller because of lost parameters.

previously I find a punched tape, which contains the machine parameters, so I start to work on the machine.

Unfortunately, the machine hasn't punch reader, so I start to convert codes to ASCII from BINARY code, but there
is no understandable result to enter into the machine.

I try Online converter sites, such:

and even try to convert:
binary ==>Morse code ==> ASCII
binary ==> ASCII ==> text
binary ==> HEX ==> ASCII
Decimal ==> ASCII

also, I attached the binary file as a text file in here and one of the converted result too.
