I have rsvp'd and am planning to head over that way on Friday, it's about a 4 hour drive for me, and stay in Deforest.
So who all is heading to Waunakee for the Tormach Open House?
We are planning a weeks vacation around this, playing at the Dells waterparks, hanging with friends, lots of relaxing.

A friend and I will be attending.
I'll be there too
I'll be there again! Had way too much fun last year not to go again. The problem with going is seeing all the stuff I want, hope the wife will agree to some purchases.
We are all looking forward to hearing the inside scoop from those who went!

Tormach 1100-3 mill, Grizzly G0709 lathe, PM935 mill, SolidWorks, HSMWorks.
It was a great show, in my opinion. The HS spindle demo was probably the surprise that had been promised a month ago or so, but I missed that. I found all the seminars I attended interesting, especially the ones on SprutCAM 10, Fusion 360, and the small shop owner talk with John Grimsmo and John Saunders (NYCNC). It was especially nice to meet a few other owners and chat about what we do.

I concur with Michael. Tormach does an unbelievably nice job with this open house. They have a first class facility and every employee I spoke with was friendly, helpful and seemed like they truly loved their job.
Me, I spent the day bobbling in and out of the various seminars, talking with several owners and drooling over the wall of tools and accessories. I definitely plan to attend the next one whenever it is. It was well worth the 3 hr drive.
I had a great time but the day went by fast. Lots of information being share. I too can't wait for next year.
It was about a 22hr drive each way.
