Interesting. What does that cost? My first thought is how much does that thing weigh. And my next comment would be there is no way it would work on the left side of a tormach table with atc installed

Here is a thread on the mach support forum, with about 30 pages of comments and some high resolution photos of the device with the sheetmetal cover off:

Success! Mini Machining Center under Mach3 control - Video link

Looks interesting, but not cheap... his earlier prices were $2950 for the Mega and $3795 for the Ultra... but he has definitely put some serious development into this. This page had a price list from one of his early part runs:

No, I don't have one, but I am interested in watching this thread. Sometimes this if called the "simpson 4th axis" if you need an alternate google term.

Well, I'll give some feedback hopefully in a few months.

I just bought a 1100 PCNC w/ATC and it should be arriving at my house next week (Tuesday for the Mill and stand, Thursday for the accessories)

I also bought a MegaTurn from Steve and hope it should be ready within the next few weeks, I am still researching motors and drives for it.

I had considered the InTurn Mega as well and did quite a bit of research on motor/drive combo. I had settled on the Mitsubishi package (link below). Just thought I would share.

The controller should be here on Wednesday according to the tracking number! I have the InTurn mechanicals parts along with the servo motor and drive, just waiting for the controller which interfaces between the drive and the PathPilot computer. Time to start shopping for a D1-4 chuck, for now the 5C collets will hold me over.

    Hi Everyone

I have a Tormach 1100 with the 4th axis from tormach and have ordered the Intern Mega to replace it.
Looking forward to it and I will keep you all informed.

Has anyone looked at how to alter the Fusion 360 post to support Mill Turn using this product?

    Regards

    Merik
