    50#? That would be in 3D Printer territory... which seems unlikely, as that market is already swamped.

    Just Dawned on me the A50 is the band Saw maybe the 50 is the bandsaw?

    I've nevertheless been playing with it for a while and I was quite impressed with the first tests in imperial units (I haven't run the profile routine on the machine yet - maybe tomorrow). However, it took me a few attempts to get it running in metric because it carried some initial values from imperial and it wasn't too happy. Once you get the hang of it it's actually quite nice Just check over ALL the values.

    Could be. Seems like an unfortunate choice to have a PC run that thing. All you are selecting is cut width X ## of pieces. Seems like you could run that thing with an arduino. They managed to run the steppers for their surface grinder without resorting to PC control.
