Adding a message to the display screen

G'day guys,


I would like to put something up on the main display screen with a pause, while running a program.


Similar to what's displayed on the screen, when prompted for a manual tool change.


I need to remove a fixture clamp about halfway through the program, so I would like
the program to pause and display something like "Press Cycle Start to continue".




I know that I can use the M01 and that does work, but I'd still like to display something on the main screen.


I have no real coding experience, so please keep it simple.

Have you tried using the display image function of M00 or M01 in later Path Pilot builds?

"• Ability to add images to comment lines when:
o a comment is on a line containing M00 or M01 AND contains a file name ending in .jpg or .png

Thanks for that.

It wouldn't work with the M01, but the M00 worked fine.
