I don't see why they wouldn't. Nothing really proprietary about the controller. It would come with a Mesa card installed as well as Path Pilot.
It can be done cheaper by you, but not as convenient.
Hello, I was wondering, will Tormach sell a computer to a non Tormach owner? I believe they were 700.00 for a computer with the path pilot loaded already. I realize the steps and configures would need changed by me also. Thank You

Pathpilot is available separately (110, about) and Tormach has published a list of compatible motherboards. Why spend 700 when half that will do? The value of buying a computer from Tormach is the support for the system (Tormach machine, Tormach controller), and you won't fit into that box, so you might not get much help except -perhaps- for software specific questions. I am sure that Tormach won't help you configure it for a non-Tormach machine.
Wouldn't do it, even though you probably can.
They wouldnt sell me one without providing a machine serial number. Both the controller and mesa cards they wanted the serial number. I was able to checkout with the mesa card, but got an email withing 10 min telling me I needed to provide the serial number. I couldnt at the time so they refunded me.
I built my own machine and used tormach's mesa card. Was pretty painless.
There are other threads here with the part number to purchase it.
