PP Recovery disk availability
Hi
Is the PathPilot Recovery disk available from Tomach for non-Tormach use?
I see that they ask for your serial number on the disk shop page.
I'm busy converting my RF45 clone and will be using LinuxCNC. I would like to use the PP flavour if at all possible.
Regards

Quote from another post regarding the PP disk...
"It appears you can call Tormach, and order Part #36035. Price is $100 + $18 S/H."

Re: PP Recovery disk availability
Just a little update for those interested...
I have a PP restore disk in hand that I just ordered from Tormach. I called in to Tormach to place the order. Was given the part# necessary, but informed I needed a quote from sales to place the order. I submitted the part# to the sales dept via the website and had the quote next morning. I completed the transaction online that day. No problems whatsoever. Cost was $106 ($100 + $6 S/H) The part# 36035 is used to place the order. Interestingly, the disk itself has part# 35246 printed on it. Ver. 1.9.11 , 05/11/17
Now its on to build the controller itself and try and get this working with my RF45. Currently I'm running Mach3, ESS, PDMX-126 BOB, and Clearpath servos. Debating whether I should try and get the Mesa card to work with the PDMX-126 or just go for the 7i76 Mesa board.
