    Question the plasma power isn't fire

    the Thermadyne power 51 inside give off the big sound as banger when it is working well.immediately the power stop firing.

    I carefully check out all electrical equipments and fuses as the torchmate technical manual,but the problem has not been solved by now.

    I hope you can help me!

    well please check inside of the plasma unit, could you have something burn. other wise, change all your consumables parts, and try it again, step by step, as the operating manual shown.
    I have the same unit working, may be I can compare our systems in order to see what's wrong on your sys.

    Additional Q.

    Your unit steel running? (the plasma unit).

    Your signal box (CNC) steel moving the motors.

    Ther is a little box, this one make possible the plasma start, like a starter, is this good,do you check it out?

    you have to perform a lot of test, in order to isolated the real problem, just start ASAP, and contact to torchmate costumers services.
