Need in house help with Torchmate program and cutting ability

What kind of help are you looking for.
I am just getting up and running with my new 5' x 10' table and things are starting to come together for me. I have had very good luck with torchmate's tech support people the past couple of weeks, they have been very helpful thus far. Have you tried talking to them.
Mike, Jake,or Jack are very knowlegable, and have been very patient with the beginner plasma table guy that I am. We've been able to resolve all info and tech glitchs so far. Good Luck
