    lost on z axis kit

I'm bolting together my TM2 and boy! I do mean bolt together! I added the z axis kit and am starting on it but I can't seem to find much out about it other than a small bit about the oxy- fuel/ router. Great kit but they kinda let you fly on your own.

I have a TM3 and, like you, I am adding a Z axis to do routing work. They do let you fly on your own. However, they may presume that If you are purchasing a kit then you have adequate mechanical skills to put it all together. They do offer tech support when you hit a roadblock though. I have taken advantage of this and most of my questions have been answered in a few minutes. I am modifying the Y axis mounting plate to allow for fast changes between the plasma tourch and the rourter head. Having two machines is better but this is the only compromise I can afford. Good luck on your TM2 build.
