error of inport file

when import file to driver software 2,the computer will take on error instruction:
"An unknow error occurred. An error tracking file has been saved on your hard disk.Please contact technical support for assistance. If the progam is unpresponsive press Ctrl-Alt-Del to access the manager."

I am very sad and I don't know where is reason.

Is this one single dxf file? Does this file work on your Torchmate 3 software? Was this file ever imported into the software before? Do any other files work? You could possibly email me in the file to see if it works on mine.

It isn't a single dxf file.I work on my Torchmate 2.It is normal when imported a single dxf file to Torchmate 2.I import file into software at a time no any file in the software.

Hi Mike,
I using torchmate 3.1.1 driver softwae in the torchmate II .the question is not solve when imported dxf file into torchmate 2.1.4 and show error message.
