| My torchmate 3 is working now,but it often loose position during cutting and sound abuzz voice. As follow is my setting for dirversoftware: start/stop feedrate:x 30ipm/y 30ipm ramping rate:x 16/y 16 continous/contouring feedrate:x 55ipm/y 55ipm impor feedrate :73 ipm cut thicker:12 gauge current:37A of 40A nozzle If value of the ramping rate more higher. please tell me the instruction or manual of driversoftware 3 link,thanks. reed |

| Typically it would only loose position during the rapid travel movements in between cuts, which is governed by the Maximum feedrate setting. Typically we would recommend that be set to 250 i/pm. If it is still binding up and loosing position, I would guess that either the gantry is out of square on the table, or the motor spur gears are engaged too tightly in the gear rack, actually supporting the weight of the table, or that the gear is coming into contact with the extrusion.
