| signal generator problem? TM2 i think i have a problem on the 8x4 torchmate 2 system we have. trying to cut 9 squares nested along the y axis. the machine has cut this program before fine. yesterday the machine cut the squares in a "staggered" pattern. the machine is shifting on the x-axis between cuts. the program has all the squares lined up flush to the x-axis. the cuts themselves are fine, the cut templates are being cut with the sides parallel with the axis'. when the program was stopped the during the run, the program zero was shifted in the x-direction. i have doubled checked the programing and it is fine. the problem seems to be further down the line. i was thinking the signal generator. help please! cheers sean |
