Default Will not start at lead in

Hi all, I am new to torchmate but I have been programming and doing cad design for 10 years. The problem I am having is when I import a part drawn in Autocad and go through the steps of creating a tool path and setting the leads, the machine does not start cutting at the very end of the lead outside the part. It does some weird things like cut an edge of the part and then go back and cut a lead then proceed with different cuts. Is there a way to "assign" where it starts and tell it to make a continuous cut around the edge of the part?

If you click the layout tab, then sequence, you can select which parts cut first, Or if you highlight the part, right click on the center alignment square, you can edit start point..
