Default Cutting 11 gauge Diamond Plate Steel

What is everyone's recommended setting for cutting diamond plate steel? (11 gauge)

    I just tried:
    80 AMP
    120v
    15 in/min
    Pierce ~3/16

It did fine after a few test spots to get those settings above. But the part where the raised steel is cuts kind of angled. And there is quite a bit of splash on the face.

What is the best method for cutting this material?

    I am using Torchmate 3

    Thanks
    Phillip Howe

When I cut diamond plate on my TM2 I use the Hypertherm cut charts and cut it with the diamonds facing down, just remember to flip your drawing over in cad first! Ask me how I know. lol
