Default Red AVHC erroring out Display flashing

    Hello fellow Torchmate 3 users.

I've been programming and running a Torchmate 3 with the red AVHC display since 2008. Once and a while after lowering the cutting tip to the material manually by the rocker switch, the controller errors out and the display start flashing. It can do this erroring without anything being done too.

Here's a short video of what I have to do to get it to stop. Has anyone else experienced this?

    Thanks for your thoughts!

How about some TM 3 users replying just to let me know who you are.

I kind of figured this was a rare error.

Well, I put a pen cap to wedge the components in a position. Bandaid fix I know, but it was cheap and works.

CNC: Torchmate 3 Program and run since 2008.
CAD: I know SolidWorks, Pro-E, AutoCad, SignLab.
