AVHC Module

We have a TM 3 4X4 plasma with avhc. It has performed flawlessly for the last 3 months...until today
This morning I turned on the AVHC Module "black box" and the screen is flashing, blinking and all garbled....it's so bad I can't even read it...TM support is closed for the weekend and I have LOTS of cutting to do.. any help would be greatly appreciated

Update: Up and running!
Prior to the screen being all garbled, I could go to the shop, turn on all the machines and get to cutting. Now, I have to turn on the power bar, turn on the plasma cutter, turn on the signal generator THEN turn on the AVHC module (black box) in this order to avoid the garbled screen.

I did so much cutting yesterday my water table felt like a hot bath...I am happy again
