    OK-to-MOVE

    Hi Mates, please somebody tell me how the OK-to-MOVE works, i did activate the menu on the Arc Voltage Torch Height Control Box, but i don't know what else to do, and please tell me that menu is what for, i have a problem becouse i need the torch slow down the speed in the corners becouse in the corners at 180 in/min the piece is cutted like crap, what can i do to avoid this,. please i am newbie help me

    To slow it down in the corners, go to "Configuration">"Machine">"Feedrate/Ramping" there, you can adjust your travel speed for radius cuts.

    ohh mate, i already did it but i don't know why does not work, maybe i'm doing something wrong, look at the picture and tell me if there something wrong, please this is very important for me, at the beginig of the cut process the torch start at 25 but in the corners is not working at 30 don't know why, tell me... must i do something else?

    You changed the wrong one.. you need to change the "Max Arc Feedrate" number to the speed you want for curves. I set my Arc Feedrate at about 70% of my straightline Feedrate and go from there..

    Might also want to drop your Max Feedrate down from 300 to about 225 or so to prevent random position loss if you're running stepper motors. I set my TM2 up at 300 when I first set it up about a year ago. Every once in awhile, it would just run off path and then resume cutting somewhere else. Called Torchmate and was told to drop the travel speed down to 225.. that cured it.

    oh man you are the best, problem solved, thank you very much, and about the 300 max feedrate i will drop it down today, thank you, it worked!!!
