Studer S 33 Problems with StuderWin

Hello Everybody, we have a problem when we start the Machine S 33 after starts windows in the control and when start to load StuderWin we get a error "Could Not Load Memory Mapping check Files Check Files in Path ..."

Can you help us guys

This error occures if the memory mapping file is missing or damaged. Best thing is to call Studer After Sale Service and get a new installation.

To avoid the problem next time, you should close StuderWIN and then the WindowsOS first, before switching off the machine.
