Help with Walter Grinder HMC 500.

I am using a Walter Grinder HMC 500 for research purpose. I am trying to make a 4 facet drill tool from new solid. I am completely new with this machine and have no one to help me out. I can do normal regrinding processes. However, while trying to make flutes from a new solid, The machine is showing me an error message, "Group 2 error 156-Grinding point on wrong side of wheel". I simply can't pinpoint the problem thats causing this. Can anyone help me out?
