    Skull and Bones Lithophane

    Here's project that came out pretty cool. Files are scaled to cut
    in .750 (19mm) Acrylic. Took about 45min with 1/4 ball mill. Looked
    kind of like a X-ray once we got it lit up. On the eye sockets
    there's some relief carry over. If you touch off Z then +.04 and set
    Z-zero there, it won't transfer to the Acrylic.

    NIce work, what router was that done at? Feeds rpms tooling?

    It was done on a Shop Sabre. (1/4 Ball end mill: 15,000rpm/ 125 ipm/ 8% step over) Made 3 of them. Spent 2 hrs sanding and flame finishing the first one. Ended up looking better right off the machine. The texture left by the tooling grabbed the light so much better. One of those "I worked hard to screw that up" situations.

    Just got some 1" acrylic for free I may try it and see how it cuts.
