File size blow out

This is an extreme example of thumbnail size blow out.
The original picture is only 3 k in size.

Well in this case it didnt do it, but at other times it has made the thumbnails actually bigger in file size than the original.

The next time is see a real life example I will post it here.

Only when someone posts a img from a off site using the [img] ... [img]-- tags does the pic get to big like this-
