Thought I'd query others about their experience with the Art Router.......Nearly three years ago I purchased a Thom Carr Art Router. It has been a source of frustration since I received it. Poor design with internal drive parts would not allow it to cut accurately. I rebuilt those and that helped. Initially I had great support even though it became clear that all the help with calibration was to no avail when mechanics was the issue. Finally, Thom decided to replace the old gantry with his new revision. That was over a year ago (9/27/10 is the first time I asked about the status) and I have not received this item. I have emailed and him asked very politely at least 20 time (including offering to pay for shipping and to recieve parts and put it together myself) and have received as many excuses. So I thought I would find out what kinds of experiences others have had.......What did you do to get some satisfaction?
