| Dear CNC colleges, I´m driving an old flatbed plotter with is capable of reaching high speeds (25meters per minute) and with high precision. (2500 count Haidenhein encoders) (0.01mm per count) BUT This system isn't tune able!!! After years, evenings, hours of tuning by 3 small pot meters en my DeskCNC software, the drive still go at random in the fault mode! I think this problem is born tho the high count encoders i use. Can anybody help me? Give me some advise? Maybe there is somebody that has experience with this drives? Thanks by forehand, Harmen The Netherlands |
