because it is so perfectly duplicated i would ask how and in what program the file was written?
a small jog in the vectors - say if you made one and then used array to duplicate would do this.

Hi,
was wondering if any one can help. when cutting dadoes in plywood, program Has router cut each dado half way in length then cut from other side to meet in the middle. Problem is where they meet in the middle is off.( see exagerated blue line in picture). Any idea of what prob could be..Thanks Ian

Jim, it was created in v-carve pro. I created a 3/8 by 12 inch vector and then copied it with 3/8 space between. It was cut with a 3/8 2 flute mortise bit at 400 ipm and .210 deep. I'm also having a similar problem in Planit solid when cutting dadoes and thru cutting panels. I'm wondering if it could be problem with machine. Thanks Ian
Jim, Thanks for spending the time with me, and resolving this issue. Thanks Ian
What was the resolution?

he had created a rectangle the width of his bit and when you run a profile inside then it starts the toolpath from both ends and meets in the center.
i showed him how to create a single vector, array then run toolpath on center

But that doesn't actually fix the original issue, it just avoids it.
My guess would be machine or tool deflection. By not starting in the center, you don't see it.
