CNC HITACHI SEIKI 5NE turning center model 1100

I just buy a CNC HITACHI SEIKI 5NE TURNING CENTER MODEL 1100,BUT I'm not profesional operetor but i so intersted in learn it,but i have two problems:

1.why the screen shown axes U,W instead of X,Z. ( but momentarily can make the change manually)

2. and when I use the jog position and I want to move the axis -Z with the jostick, the carriage made to move but not moving.the machine does not move, and then the screen shows an Alarm message: 04097-N4097.
