    Techno Service

Well I have read how bad it is, but I must say that I called today for assistance and I was met with very knowledgeable and happy to do what it took to get me going folks.

    I am impressed!

As I don't use their software, I can't speak for that side of their technical support. From a hardware perspective, in all cases but one, they've been very helpful. I just wish they'd make the plastic races for their carriage assemblies available, as it's cheaper than buying a $200.00 carriage. For the most recent technical problem, they stood behind their warranties, which is very respectable.

I have had my Techno for about six years and have had nothing but great service from them. I am at least the third owner of my machine and yet they always treat me like a prospective customer.

Hey Ed...I stumbled across an old post on the Vectric forum from several years ago where you and I both proclaimed our ham status. If memory serves me right you made the comment about being one of the few remaining Advanced class operators. Well, there are at least two of us LOL

That's good to hear Joe. One day maybe we can have a QSO on HF!

I have a TenTec Jupiter on the air, but I don't get much time to sit in front of it these days.
