Techno LC4848 Need Help

We have a older Techno LC4848 CNC, currently the Router / Spindle is turned on/off manually at the start/end of each cycle. Since we use it to trim plastic parts that can be upwards of 20 times an hour. The system has the Servo Box 1 with the PCI card inside the PC. I would like to be able to control turning the Router / Spindle on / off with gcode.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Should be possible....I had/have a relay from techno that was supposed to do just that...never worked though....you should be able to hook up a relay to some kind on the aux connection on the box, multimeter and testing should tell you what will work. Not sure what code would be best to trigger either.

Please contact us at info at armorcnc . com - we'll have you send us some pictures so we can figure out what you've got as far as hardware, and whether the problem is with a component not being wired up, missing, or broken. This should be pretty easy. The unit can absolutely control the spindle properly, so well get you sorted.
